Suede Hosts Alumni Event at KSU

Catching up with Suede can be a trick these days with his busy schedule. He managed to drop me at email after getting snowed-in in upstate New York, hosting an alumni event for the Kent State University Fashion Merchandising and Design Satellite Studio and attending the finale of this season’s Project Runway.

On October 9, Suede was able to spend some time with Leon Hall at Kent State. You all know Leon Hall from E! Entertainment Television and Style Network. What I love the most about Leon Hall is he comes from a place of love and does not rip people apart. As you all know from this season that is one of Suede’s primary goals. Getting the job done in a loving and kind way. SUEDE really loves that!! Suede also participated in the Kent State University Annual Homecoming Parade.

Suede was interviewed on Fox 8 News in Cleveland. You can see his interview here. While in Cleveland he met up with the Thunder Tech Kats for a night of fun on the town. Then it was on to LA for the finale of Project Runway. It was great to actually be able to party with the producers and other designers. Tia, the model who Suede was able to team up with on the show, wore one of his creations for the finale party. Suede is pictured with Wesley Nault, Jerrel Scott and Korto Momolu.

Back in Cleveland after his trip to LA, Suede was back at Kent State critiquing the Seniors collections. He promised updates on a Daniel Vosovic party he attended hosted by Genre and www.stylewhipped.com.
