Layered Tiramisu Dessert
1 c strong coffee or espresso
1/3 c amaretto liquer
12 ladyfingers
1 c heavy cream
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c grated dark chocolate
Mix the coffee and amaretto in a bowl. Crumble the ladyfingers and let them soak in the liquid for 2 minutes. Whip the heavy cream and brown sugar until soft peaks form. Take 4 dessert glasses and place somesoaked ladyfingers into the bottom of each glass. Top with whipped cream. Follow with another layer of soaked ladyfingers. Repeat these steps ending with whipped cream on top. Grate plenty of dark chocolate on top for garnish. Chill and serve.
