One thing I have noticed about myself as I supposedly grow up is that some of my ideas of fun and excitement are so far away from what I ever thought they would be. As a teenager I never dreamed that one day I would be so excited to get a new vacuum. If someone would have told me “you know some day you are going to love buying a vacuum” I would have laughed in their face. Well 2 years ago that day came and I was excited–but in my defense it is a Dyson AND purple. I remember going
to Target with my mom and she was laughing at me. “Gee Carrie, did you ever think you would be so excited about a vacuum—HAHA?” Well I was taught to not slap my elders so I resisted and just rolled my eyes.
Well now my idea of a fabulous day has changed too. For over a year now my best friend Shannon and I have dreamed of a day where we could have two things, for one whole day, in front of our houses–A Goodwill truck and a dumpster!! I am serious! Man how fantastic would that be? I get a thrill just thinking about it. Just imagine it–in one day you could just clean the stuffing’s out of your house and not have to make 10,000 trips. Have trash? Dumpster is right there. Have stuff you are sick of but others can use? Goodwill right there.
You know maybe this could be a neighborhood party! During the day everyone shares the truck and dumpster, then at night a cook out. It could even be a family bonding day. The family might see it as bondage but too bad. The more I think about it–this is a great idea. Wonder if I can make it happen?

Yes for moving that would be great.
But do you really need it for everyday living? Just do a carload at a time.

Thanks for the comment—everyday living? NO WAY, but I would take it once a year. I hope you keep enjoying the website. Carrie
