Maybe you’ve wondered how highly successful entrepreneurs “get it all done”.
The answer to this is simple. Research shows that the vast majority of successful small business owners outsource much of their clerical, administrative and secretarial work to a virtual assistant. Why is there such a strong correlation between hiring a virtual business assistant and high levels of success? It is simple. When you, as the most valuable person in your business, are no longer overwhelmed and burdened by the administrative tasks of running your business, your time and energy is freed up to focus on GROWTH. The less time you spend on items like administrative support, customer service, staffing solutions, word processing and other administrative support activities, the more time you spend on income-producing activities. Letitia Eppes of “Assisting Angel,” is the ideal candidate for providing the clerical help and administrative support that will allow your business to soar to new heights.
“I’m 43 years of age and 25 of those years have been lived working in positions that I didn’t want with companies or organizations whose mission contradicted what I personally stood for,” says Letitia. In 2006 I took a leap of faith and left a long term position within the manufacturing community to venture into owning my own in-home business. I researched what products and services were being offered to potential clients, the kinds of small businesses that were succeeding, the personal time and financial investment that would be required of me. I chose to become a Virtual Assistant because I had finally found a business that could be operated from my home office yet allow superior customer service along with the client’s personal and professional growth to be priority #1. I trained with a reputable online organization, successfully graduated and Assisting Angel Virtual Services was born.”
“My inspiration was the desire to positively impact a client’s life by happily taking on all the necessary day-to-day details they would need managed, allowing the client to freely pursue the very aspects of their business they actually enjoy.”
“Hearing a client say “I had a very busy day, but I enjoyed it because I spent it doing what I wanted to knowing you were in your virtual office taking care of me”. This quote sums up the very essence of what I strive to do for every entrepreneur and/or small business owner. I was literally grinning from ear to ear the day my client made the statement.”
“I want all small business owners, entrepreneurs, busy at-homes moms and others to know that a VA can be the bridge you need from struggling to get it all done by yourself to having the assistance you need at rates you can afford without taking on all the responsibilities of hiring the “traditional” employee. A VA works from their equipped virtual office yet you’ll benefit from their abundance of experience/skills/talents/creativity.”
“New plans for AAVS’s future include forming new client/VA relationships while increasing the services I offer through education so that I add more value to each relationship formed.”

I’m starting up a new company soon. Should I register a virtual office space or should I go ahead with renting a small space first? What are your thoughts?

A virtual office is an excellent alternative which can save up to 78% of the cost of traditional office services. I am also running a small business using this facility by valleyhq I am very satisfied and feel like I am able to increase my business now.
