If your in a gender specific sauna, please do not give dirty looks to those who choose to be nude in the sauna. I specifically choose gyms that have female only saunas so that I can be nude and not be stuck in an uncomfortable swimsuit. Yes, if someone's nude they absolutely need to sit or lay on a towel, which I of course always do. But please remember that it is a gender specific sauna. If it's a female only sauna, I don't have anything that you don't have and haven't seen a million times before. There's no reason to give me a dirty look because your uptight. Fortunately, most women usually do choose to be nude in a female only sauna, and therefore don't have a problem with seeing other ladies in the buff. However, there are the occasional prudes who shoot you a dirty look. My suggestion to EVERYONE…..
