Slim It Smoothie
Ingredients:
2/3 cup of tofu
1 cup of chilled, cubed pineapple
1 cup of chilled strawberries
½ cup of low fat vanilla or green tea yogurt
1/3 cup chilled Slim It Sencha
1 teaspoon of honey
Directions:
* Place tofu in a blender and process until it is smooth.
* Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth
* Garnish rim with a strawberry if desired.
