Join some of New York City’s most celebrated chefs at The Gourmet Institute, the annual culinary weekend taking place from Friday, October 23 through Sunday, October 25. Across Manhattan, food-lovers can attend events such as tastings, cooking classes, demonstrations, and more.
The weekend’s activities include:
- Chocolate Epiphany with Francois Payard
- Traditional English Fare with April Bloomfield
- A World Tour of Sausage-Making with Daniel Boulud
- The Road Chef Traveled with Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert
- A Recipe for the Recipe with Dan Barber
Additionally, in honor of the weekend, special menus will be offered at some of the city’s best restaurants: Anthos, Aquavit, Aureole, Blue Hill New York, and Le Bernardin. The Altman Building will also host the Gourmet Marketplace that weekend, offering tastings and cookbook signings.
