This looks like a great cookbook! I’d love to try it out.
Anyway, my favorite Italian dish – chicken parmigiana.
And if this counts as a dish, gelato, of course!

Happy Holidays! I am blessed with a husband who enjoys cooking and cookbooks! Our family meals consist of a lot of pasta. My favorite Italian

I’ve been to Italy and not once did I have a bad meal. They are so particular about the quality of the ingredients, and that’s what makes the difference. Ever had Proscuitto over there? GMO’s are a no-no over there, too. My favorite Italian dish is a dessert….Tiramisu.
