Aaahh, the motorcycle jacket!
Does it ever really go out of style? I mean, come on, the pink jacket is from Harley Davidson. Everyone knows that Harley Davidson is iconic when it comes to motorcycle jackets.
This season, we are seeing motorcycle jackets in a variety of styles, colors, and fabric. I, personally, was surprised at how much I liked it when I saw the motorcycle jacket in light blue. Stray from the traditional black? What? But, I like it! I like seeing the standard motorcycle jacket in other colors.
The black faux leather jacket from Target, that you see, also comes in a beautiful cream color and, get this, for only $29.99.
The motorcycle jacket follows the rocker trend that is popular right now. However, pair it with some colorful tights, a ruffled skirt, AND fingerless gloves…you will be back in the days of Madonna. That would be taking the trend to extremes!
So, whether you ride a bike or just want to look like you ride a bike, one of this season’s “must-haves” is a motorcycle jacket.

Funny. I’ve got about 10 of them – all from Harley Davidson, and I love them. When it is cold outside and I want to look and feel sexy, I throw on my leather. However, I then would throw my leg over my Harley VRod. Yes, “would” is the operative word here because I sold my bike several years ago because my eyesight isn’t what it used to be and I value my life. I do still ride though, occasionally on the back of my hubby’s bike. It isn’t the same. Nevertheless, I still wear my leather jackets when I’m going out casually. They are classic and make me feel sexy. I even get compliments from complete strangers – “Where did you get your jacket, I love it!” So, yes ladies – you should all have at least one “real” leather jacket in your wardrobe. You won’t regret it. The feel. The smell of real leather. The sound as you move around. It’s all good.
