I recently came across an article in a year-old issue of Glamour magazine in which several well-known actresses, authoresses and comediennes summarized the secrets of their success in exactly 100 words.  And although I’m not the hallmark of success, it piqued my interest and made me want to bore you all with 100 of my own words.  (I’ll have to admit, I’m crapping cinder blocks over here.  Can I be THAT SUCCINCT?  Me, with my penchant for dictionaries and big words?!)

Here goes.

Born in Belleville to Bob and Mo.  First child, so grew up as peacekeeper between two younger siblings.  Had mullet as 5-year-old, but it was the eighties.  Elementary in a too-small town.  Welcomed high school with open arms and hungry mind.  Yearbook editor, yet well-liked!  Dated a coworker in 2000.  College for T.V., loathed the long hours.  Married coworker in 2006.  In love.  Have sweet job in medical field.  Pregnant for 8 months, became mom early due to complications.  Hayden Darrell Robert, October 10, 2008.  Biggest blue eyes.  Maybelline-long eyelashes.  My everything.  Life is good.

Do it!  I challenge you.  HARDER.  THAN.  IT.  LOOKS.
