Rolando Santana is a new designer on the scene who deserves some major attention. I was honored to wear one of his beautiful dresses to the “Plate by Plate” event in LA last weekend (see picture below) and really have fallen in love with his chic designs. Rolando designs “with the customer in mind, and creates looks with the primary purpose of always making all women feel beautiful in his dresses.” His flattering silhouettes and flawless craftsmanship make his dresses a cut above the rest.
