An easy and delicious recipe for all of you Mexican Food Lovers, it requires fresh and easy to find ingredients, and can make a chilly night toasty warm!
Taco Soup

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can RoTel tomatoes
1 can green beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can ranch beans
1 can pinto beans
1 packet dry Ranch Dressing mix
1 packet Taco Seasoning mix
1 can of beer
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown the ground beef.
2. In a dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Heat and serve!
* Another delicious way to spice it up is to add tortilla strips. Cut corn tortillas into strips, spray with cooking spray, and bake at 350 degrees. Serve with sour cream and cheese on top.
