Day 0 — arrive to Port McNeill, hotel on your own, meet with guides.
Day 1-4 — 4 days/3 nights paddling Johnstone Strait – THE best place to view the northern resident orcas who congregate in the strait’s sheltered waters each summer to feast on the salmon runs concentrated in this exact spot. The strait is home to the world’s only orca preserve Robson Bight. Day 4 – hotel on your own that eve.
Day 5 — depart for home.

We have exclusive use of the only lodge in God’s Pocket Provincial Park. Novices welcome – lodge chef whips all meals (including all baked goods) from scratch at the lodge.
Day 0 – arrive to Port Hardy, hotel on your own.
Day 1 – meet our guides at 8:30 am at the Port Hardy government dock for boat ride to God’s Pocket Resort in God’s Pocket Provincial Park and travel to God’s Pocket Resort where we settle in, hike the grounds and enjoy an introduction to sea kayaking and afternoon paddle.
Day 2-5 – guided day tours easy sea kayaking with gourmet packed lunch to enjoy after island hopping and wildlife watching on a pristine beach before returning to the lodge mid afternoon for short nature hikes, snacks on the sun deck, dinner and campfire as the stars come out.
Day 6- after breakfast, the lodge boat brings everyone back to Port Hardy for their flights homeward.
