Chic Street Style: Boutiques and Latte

This is one of my favorite outfits to throw on when I’m shopping. I had mentioned something similar in this post about packing for New York. I promise that I’m not advertising for Starbucks. I just always have a cup of coffee in my hand and this particular day it happened to be a Cafe Latte. I think I was fueling two of my obsessions on this chilly February day, coffee and shopping small boutiques.
