Farah Angsana Stuns the Crowd with Showstopper Gown

Ballroom gowns and cocktail attire—Farah Angsana has got you covered! Her jaw-dropping line for Fall/Winter 2012 hit the runway was an instant success and crowd pleaser at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Inspired by the jet-setter lifestyle, Farah exemplifies the lifestyle herself by living a lifestyle of glamour and culture, and appreciating the fine attention to detailing in luxury. You can see her line on places such as the red carpet, high society events in big cities such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Paris, New York, Rome, London, Dubai, and elsewhere around the globe.

Simple, sleek colors such as silver and black made up the sophistication of some of her staple gowns—and she livened up the line with shades of tangerine, emerald green and divine violet. Each garment was detailed in either ruching, crystal and sequin embellishments, and lace.

My favorite part about the show was when the last gown in the collection turned the corner. Everyone in the audience literally gasped out loud and started talking about this extravagant, yet revealing piece that just presented itself to us. I have NEVER witnessed this reaction at a show before—it was truly memorable. One quick movement in the wrong direction, you could have seen way too much of the model!
