Refrigerated Mashed Potatoes

5 lbs. potatoes, cooked and mashed
2-3 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 t salt
1/4 lb. butter
dash pepper
4 T butter on top

Recipe makes 10 servings.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients except the last 4 tablespoons of butter thoroughly.  Cover and refrigerate.  When ready to bake, place in baking dish, dot with the 4T butter and heat uncovered until heated through.  Recipe can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 weeks before baking.  May be frozen ahead of time.

Your potatoes were a hit at our Thanksgiving dinner (which was a day late, on Friday instead of the traditional Thursday) and everyone enjoyed them.
