Embodying the trends in apparel, shoes and accessories every season is great. And you give yourself a pat on the back for a job well done... think again. So, you go over your fall trends checklist. Dress boots, check! Military jacket, check! Dark denim jeans, check! Accessories, check! So, you wonder and think it doesn't make any sense. You have all the bases covered from head to toe. You're practically a walking trends list.
Well, it's the cologne you're wearing that gave you away. The citrus, clean and fresh scent is oh so perfect... yeah for spring and summer! As cliche it may sound, pay attention to the details. For fall, choose a cologne with warm and spicy scents of Nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, clove, and ginger accent warm woody aromas of sandalwood and cedar wood. You want a scent that's sensual, totally sophisticated and utterly compelling. But don't go overboard, there are heavily scented colognes that can be to overwhelming. You want to give off a sense of coziness when your significant other is next to you.
And if these scents are new to you, simply go to Nordstrom, Sephora or wherever you buy your cologne and test out a few brands to see what works for you. Also, always ask for assistance or a second opinion. The salesperson behind the counter are well trained and can assist you in finding that sensible scent for the season.
