Fall/Winter Family Cooking Classes at NYC’s 92nd St. Y | August 8, 2011

Looking for a new way to have educational fun with your young children or grandchildren? Manhattan’s 92nd Street Y is hosting a series of multi-generational cooking classes from September through December–the perfect way for kids to learn useful new skills, bond with their families, and have fun!

92Y Offers Ceramic Workshop in Tuscany | September 15, 2010

Manhattan’s 92Y is offering a unique opportunity to artists who love to travel: The organization’s Ceramics Center director, Bobby Silverman, will lead a 10-day soda-firing workshop at Tuscany’s La Meridiana, the International Center for Ceramic Art, from October 2 through October 12. Not only will participants refine their skills, but they will also enjoy local culture via tastings and side trips to Florence and Siena.
