Positive Changes | January 19, 2009

Every January I resolve to try to live better.  I try to make positive changes in my everyday choices that are healthier.  I try to eat better, exercise more, and make myself healthier.  This year I am trying to achieve this sensibly and not do anything too drastic.  (I did give up caffeine this year, which was pretty drastic!)  My goal this year, though, is to make small changes that are going to stick a little longer than a week. Bakerella A Site To Behold | January 13, 2009

The calender has turned and 2009 is marching on. I want to lodge a complaint — stop it; I am not organized enough for that yet! (Hmm, is there a board to whom I can submit that complaint?)

Plus Iʼm still ruminating over resolutions; argh! Iʼm not a fan of the resolution, mainly because I am rarely successful with them & I hate being reminded that I am coming up short when I was the only one who knew where the bar was set!
