Every year I find myself always tagging on the be healthier, exercise more and eat better onto my new year’s resolution and never following through. Like most of us, we start the New Year with so much excitement for a better body and by mid year we are only going to the gym once a week. This year making time for myself is a resolution to keep for a healthier, happier me.
