People often ask me how I get to jet set so often? My answer to them is always the same…I plan most of my trips during “Shoulder Season” (jet setting between peak and off seasons). The weather is good, the crowds are much smaller and the prices are at least 30% lower! Here’s some Jet Set Smart travel ideas for Shoulder Season.

Best Airport Dining Spots | December 23, 2009

I don’t know about you, but when I jet set somewhere I always get hungry. Whether it’s before I get on the plane, or during a layover, I want something to eat at the airport, but sometimes the fast food joints don’t cut it for me. Emerging LA Designers Show Hits & Misses | November 7, 2009

I recently attended the UP NEXT Emerging LA Designers Fashion show for Chic Galleria Magazine hosted by Kimberly Cole and EM and Co.  The collections included Ventidue (Barbara Rosin) and Queen4Ever (Tatiana McLane).  Both shows were styled by Dalit Gwenna, and the jewelry was provided by Helles Paris.

Queenie 4 Ever Spring 2010 collection was not my favorite.  The designer showed Girly Graphic Tees, Jeans, Beads. Mini Mouse, Ruffles, Eyelets and Doc Martens.  It seemed like the 15 year old designer went to Good Will, grabbed whatever she could and redid it on her sewing machine.
