<p>1 large banana</p>
<p>1 handful of spinach</p>
<p>1 cup of mango chunks</p>
<p>1 cup of almond milk</p>
<p>½ cup of blueberries</p>
<p>1 scoop of vanilla protein</p>

<div>RECIPE: MANGO LASSI</div>
<div>In a blender mix the following until smooth:</div>
<div>-1 pound of mango (fresh or frozen)</div>
<div>-1 cup of whole milk</div>
<div>-1/3 cup of sugar</div>
<div>-1 pint of vanilla yogurt (fresh or frozen)</div>
<div>- Serve in glass and garnish with mango slice!</div>
