Fashionable Friends Attend “Leading Men of 2009″ | November 21, 2009

On Thursday, November 19, Instinct Magazine and Delta Airlines sponsored the chic party “Leading Men of 2009 and 12th Anniversary” at the Greenhouse in New York, NY.  The event was hosted by TV Personality and Celebrity Stylist Nole’ Marlin with a musical performance by Award Winning Recording Artist, Ari Gold.  Many of Chic Galleria’s fashionable friends were in attendance.  The fabulous fashion designer Suede from “Project Runway” joined other Bravo personalities including Ronnie Kroell from the series “Make Me a Super Model.”

Compliments From Fashion Guru Tim Gunn | November 17, 2008

November 9, my business partner (and son) Austin and I flew to New York City to attend the GMHC Fashion Forward 2008 Fundraiser as guests of Jack Mackenroth.  After a busy day of shopping in Soho and meeting Jack at Starbucks for coffee, the evening was quite a thrill to say the least.

GMHC’s Fashion Forward 2008 Fundraiser | November 14, 2008

On Monday, November 11, I attended the Fashion Forward 2008 Fundraiser presented by Bank of America benefiting Gay Men’s Health Crisis.  Project Runway alum, Jack Mackenroth invited me to this event and I was thrilled to be able to attend and represent Chic Galleria.com.

GMHC is a not-for-profit, volunteer-supported and community-based organization committed to national leadership in the fight against AIDS.  They provide prevention and care services to more than 15,000 men, women and families that are living with, or affected by, HIV/AIDS in New York City, and advocate for scientific, evidence-based public health solutions for hundreds of thousands worldwide.

Suede Hosts Alumni Event at KSU | November 5, 2008

Catching up with Suede can be a trick these days with his busy schedule.  He managed to drop me at email after getting snowed-in in upstate New York, hosting an alumni event for the Kent State University Fashion Merchandising and Design Satellite Studio and attending the finale of this season’s Project Runway.

We Want More Suede! | October 9, 2008

D.C. was incredible and really loved SUEDE, and Suede really loved D.C.!! 

The YouthAIDS benefit was fabulous and my dress sold for $1,800.   Ashley Judd, Bob Geldof, Sharon Osbourne, and John Mellencamp were all incredible.  DJ Lady Miss Kier was in the house and AMAZING as ever.  Photo with Matchmaker Christie Nightingale, Haasan Morse and Suede.
