Brain Thoughts | January 21, 2010

You can change the way you think. Thoughts create pathways in your brain and the more you have a particular thought, the more defined the path.  When going on a hike, you start at the trail, right?  Thoughts can be like this and follow the same trails in your mind.  Some thoughts are positive, give us pleasure, make us happy.  Other thoughts are negative, destructive or make us feel depressed.  Ok, now hold that thought for a minute.

Indoor Cycle For A Cure | February 4, 2009

I can’t believe it has been a year since the first 12 hour indoor cycle for a cure.  It was such an amazing experience that I decided I just had to do it again.  On Feb 28th from noon to midnight I will cycle on an indoor bike for 12 hours to help raise money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  Here is what I am asking:

Let’s Lose The Weight Together Week 2 | January 13, 2009

So fellow life changers, weight wise, how was that first week?  Pretty good on my end.  Not only did I lose 5 pounds I gained some perspective on my thinking.  It is dysfunctional!
