The city's famous Greenwich Village parade is a Halloween staple, whether you want to be in the parade or just watch from the sidelines. Participants line up at 6:30 p.m. on 6th Avenue South of Spring Street & above Canal Street; parade begins at 7:00 p.m.

Singles Halloween Haunted Ghost Tour of Manhattan
8:00 p.m.
The tour will include visits to haunted buildings, local folklore and urban legends, and a search for ghostly friends such as Edgar Allan Poe, Washington Irving, Theodore Roosevelt, and Harry Houdini. After the tour ends, there will be a chance for attendees to mingle over drinks.
Cost: $25
Ninth Annual Midnight Madness Ghost Walk

Just like Peter Stuyvesant and His Ghostly Friends, but with an extra half hour of touring for the same price. Families will be led on a search for ghostly friends such as Peter Stuyvesant, Edgar Allan Poe, Washington Irving, Harry Houdini, and Theodore Roosevelt.
