WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all complete, eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Beth Anderson, Owner, ChicGalleria.com via Random.org. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of comments received.
NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by email upon the close of this giveaway. If the notified winner does not respond within 5 days of the email or fails to comply with the rules, a prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. ChicGalleria.com reserves the right to deem any winner ineligible and an alternate winner will be chosen.
ENTRY LIMIT
Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Internet entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Online entrants must complete all data requested on the entry form. Incomplete entries are void. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. ChicGalleria.com is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, and lost/delayed data transmissions.
