Spicy Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup organic tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package whole wheat tortillas
  • Hot sauce
  • Salt and garlic powder to taste
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and sour cream optional

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces while warming olive oil on the skillet. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until brown. Next, stir in the tomato sauce. Add in desired amount of hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder. Heat until sauce is done. Scoop chicken onto whole wheat soft tortillas. Lastly, add spinach or lettuce, cheese and any other optional toppings. Fold each tortilla.
