I love this… How True!
Personally, I like the idea of a self discovery journal… Oh, and finding a great notebook that inspires you and makes you excited to capture your thoughts down on paper.
So let me ask you this… What are your gifts or talents?
I will start…
My first thought was of my daughter (she is my gift).
So, then I decided to ask my daughter, now a beautiful, amazing young woman… I asked her what she thought my gifts were. This was her reply:
“You have an innate ability to meet, relate to, and inspire people to achieve a higher quality of life and to help others realize their own potential.”
Wow!! That was pretty awesome… and this is true… hence the reason I became interested in wellness and being a life coach. I realized how important it was to be an enthusiast in life. I love the opportunity to meet amazing and dynamic women. I am passionate about sparking the best in individuals (holding the mirror up), so we are able to see our own beauty.
Ask yourself, “What’s the biggest passion in my life?” Then? Go do that. Because that’s the moment when your life turns from being a question mark into being an exclamation point.

Well said……and without a master plan (that can change as time goes on) life just seems to drift away. Always follow your passion!

I have passion for almost everything in my life! My passion ranges from family to work to political issues. I try very hard TO LIVE EVERY MOMENT EITH PASSION AND APPRECIATION. I often wonder if “My Purpose” is to demonstrate to others that creating smiles in others thru acts of kindness and generosity, is so much more rewarding than just ensuring your own security and wealth. I swear ( and not by threat) that I wil spend my last dime to see a smile on a loved ones face, before I put it in a bank. May not be the best plan for my future…but imagine the memories I will have and impact I (hope) to have made.
