Does a stress-free fall seem like an unattainable dream? Introducing oil diffusion! Stress has become the norm of our busy day to day lives but I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be the norm any longer. I want to tell you how diffusing oils can help manage stress easily this fall.
What are essential oils?
Essential oils are concentrated hydrophobic liquids containing volatile aroma compounds from plants! In simple terms, they are excellent nutrients found in plants. This means that oils can get pricey, however, I have scoped out the competition. Fortunately, the easy part of diffusing oils is that it can be done literally anywhere with today’s technology.
