As fall/winter is approaching, it’s time to put those cute skirts and shorts away and break out your different types of jeans. Some people may think it’s harder to dress cute during the winter than in the summer but I’m here to tell you that’s no longer the case. Jeans are the perfect item that can be dressed up or dressed down for whatever occasion. Every day, we learn about a new must-have jean style. Here are a few of my favorite types of jeans that everyone should include in their wardrobe.
Skinny Jeans
A classic pair of skinny jeans is a must in every girl’s closet. They go perfect with just about anything. You can wear them with a nice top for a more dressy look or as simple as a t shirt for those lazy days when you don’t want to look like you just rolled out of bed.
White Jeans
Forget about this being a summer-only trend. Who ever made up the rule that you shouldn’t wear white after labor day obviously didn’t have style. Break out your white jeans to brighten up any ensemble.
Black Jeans
Black jeans are so easily dressed up or down – they go with literally anything you own. A closet without black jeans is a closet in need of black jeans.
Bell Bottoms
Having one pair of trendy jeans is the perfect way to dip your toe into new styles. This year, flares of the 70’s are back with a vengeance. Step out of your comfort zone and rock those bell bottoms. I know I LOVE mine.
Ripped Jeans
I am a sucker for a good pair of distressed jeans. These have easily become my new favorite pair of jeans to wear. It’s so easy to pair these jeans with a top to make the perfect outfit. They literally go with anything and everything. Another great thing about these jeans is you can make them yourself, all you need is an old pair of jeans and some scissors.
Denim is a way of life and with fall/winter on its way back, jeans are ready for their return. Make it your goal to fill your closet with some of these various styles of jeans and renew your wardrobe! We would love to hear how your dress up or dress down your favorite pair of jeans.
