I’ve heard many mixed reviews on whether or not these diets are effective and good ideas, and I’ve come to the conclusion that a juice cleanse can be a good idea, but only if it’s done the right way. They definitely aren’t for everyone and there are plenty of myths out there that make them seem unreliable. Here are a few facts to inform you on what juice cleanses are really about.

Many people complain that following a juice cleanse, they gained all the weight right back. This is because juice cleanses do a great job in reducing bloating and you most likely will lose weight, but this is all water weight that can be gained back with unhealthy dieting following the cleanse.

There is no doubt about it – successful completion of a juice cleanse will leave you feeling amazing about yourself, as does any successful workout or diet. However, there can be side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, fatigue, and headaches.
