Breakfast Smoothie

Drinking a breakfast smoothie every morning to start off your day is not only good for your health but is a delicious way to promote healthy hair and nails. I’m not a big fan of fruits and vegetables, actually, I don’t like any of them….. and I knew I had to figure out a way to get all of the vitamins I needed. And if you know me you know I bite my nails bad when I’m stressed so finding this smoothie that helps me get all the vitamins I need, along with promoting healthier hair and nails how could I pass it up. It’s killing two bids with one stone. So if you want to grow your hair and nails faster, here is a super delicious breakfast smoothie that is packed with vitamins great for the skin, hair, and nails.

Berry Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients

¼ cup greek yogurt
½ cup almond milk
½ cup strawberries
½ cup raspberries
½ cup red currants
crushed almonds

Steps

All you have to do is put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them together till smooth. Then enjoy (:

Protein is an essential nutrient that increases that production of keratin, a major component in hair and nails. For you to develop strong hair and nails, you need to have a healthy keratin production in your body. This smoothie also contain berries which are of packed with phytochemicals and antioxidants that help maintain healthy cells.
