washing your hair

Let me tell you mistakes to avoid so that you can reap all the benefits that come with washing that pretty head!
Shampooing Your Entire Head
I know you feel like you need a deep clean but you actually only need to shampoo the crown of your head. When washing your hair shampooing your ends dries hair our and will result in hair becoming fragile and brittle. Get a good suds going on top and run your fingers through to the bottom, that’s it!
Conditioning Your Entire Head
This is the same idea as shampooing. Do not condition the crown of your head. Focus on the bottom 2/3’s of your hair. When you condition the crown of your head you are making hair heavier and flatter once it is dry. Everything will still be smooth PLUS you will have great volume. This is a total game changer.
Shampooing More Than Once
I know you want a deep clean. However, when you apply loads of shampoo you are stripping your hair of its natural oils, which will only cause it to become dirtier. Stick to a good one-time shampoo and move on, your hair will thank you!
